Plans

Not The 11 Plus offers a free tier and paid subscription access. Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Current plan prices are shown before checkout.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe may provide us with limited billing details such as customer ID, subscription status, invoice status, and payment method summaries.

How to cancel

Sign in, open your account page, and use the Stripe customer portal to manage or cancel your subscription. If you cannot access your account, email notthe11plus@gmail.com.

When access ends

If you cancel a paid subscription, access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period. After that, the account returns to the free tier unless you resubscribe.

Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once paid access has started, except where a refund is required by law or we choose to offer one at our discretion. Nothing on this page limits your statutory consumer rights.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment or ask you to update your payment method. Access may be paused, downgraded, or cancelled if payment is not completed.
