What to include

  • the email address on your account;
  • a short description of the problem;
  • the child account name if the issue relates to a learner profile;
  • the test or billing date if relevant; and
  • screenshots only if they help explain the issue.

Response times

During pilot launch, we aim to reply within 2 working days. Billing, access, and child safety issues are prioritised where possible.
